- Check-in: Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in
- Parking: Available under and around the 360 Bridge but ride share is strongly encouraged.
- Boarding: Begins 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. Staff will assist with boarding and safety instructions.

- Dress for the Weather: It can be cool and breezy on the water. Bring layers such as a coat, scarf, hat, or gloves.
- Practical Footwear: Choose shoes that are comfortable and easy to walk in since you’ll be stepping on and off the boat.
- Warm blankets – We recommend bringing your own to stay cozy. (We’ll also have emergency-style disposable blankets available for anyone who needs one.)
- Warm beverages – Feel free to bring coffee, cocoa, or any drink that keeps you warm! BYOB
- Camera or Phone: You’ll want to capture the beautiful sunset
- Charger: A portable charger is helpful if you plan to take lots of photos or videos.
- Holiday Accessories: Feel free to wear something festive — Santa hats, light-up necklaces, and holiday sweaters are all welcome.

- Tickets can be purchased online in advance.
- Timing: Please be at the dock 15 minutes before your tour for check-in.
- Location: All boats depart from 360 Bridge Boat Ramp. Follow staff instructions during boarding to help everything run smoothly.
- Ticket Verification: Bring your ticket or photo ID (digital copies accepted). Staff can also find your booking by name if needed.
- Weather Policy: Cruises operate rain or shine, unless severe weather requires cancellation or rescheduling. Dress appropriately for the evening forecast.
- Animals: Only service animals are allowed on board.
- Safety: For your safety, remain seated once the cruise begins. Life jackets are available upon request.
- Age Requirement: Guests under 16 years old must ride with an adult.
- Restrooms: There are no bathrooms on the boats, so please use the facilities before departure.

0%: No Refund when less than 48 hours: 0% of the total bill/cost is refundable less than *48 hours before the booking start time, unless for weather (see weather policy below).
Weather Disclaimer: In the instance of unsafe weather, determined by our captains, customer will receive a full refund. The Captain will contact you if there is cancelation weather.
If the rental has started and weather and/or rain moves in and there is a cancelation due to unsafe weather then you will receive a refund of everything.Damages Any Damages to the boat caused by you or your guests will result in a charge for damages that can go up to $500 to the card on file. These are ANY damages to the boat through an action of you or one of your guests regardless of the captains instructions. If damages occur, $500 will be charged to the card. Any amount of damages less than $500 will be refunded to the card on file once damages have been assessed.
